Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I can accept returns and exchanges for unworn apparel, provided that you pay for shipping! Contact me ASAP and I can give you specifics on how much that would cost for your order.

 

There's a problem with my order! What do I do?

Contact me ASAP with your order number and a description of the problem - we'll do our best to help fix it! :)

 

How quickly do orders ship?

The "Art of Emfitz"/happy pineapple team works their hardest to get all orders out in a timely manner, but please allow up to a week for your order to ship! After shipping it can take 1 week for US/Canada and several weeks for international orders (it varies greatly by country and time of year.) We appreciate your patience! If you need something faster please contact me and I will let you know if it's possible to expedite it.

 

My order was marked "delivered" but I can't find it - what do I do?

All orders are shipped with tracking, and once I hand a package to USPS, I unfortunately don't have control over the delivery. But I'll do my best to help - my first recommendation is always to check that the address information on your receipt is correct, then to contact your local post office using the tracking information (sent via email through shopify.) Sometimes a package marked "delivered" is actually on the way, or has just been stuck at the back of the delivery truck and can easily be retrieved. Contacting your local office or mail carrier is the fastest and easiest way to resolve lost package conflicts. However, if they are not able to help, feel free to contact me and we will see what can be done!
